| InvestiGator Employment Opportunities At Coburn Investigative Agency, we are always looking for qualified candidates to join our team. At a minimum, potential candidates must posses experience in the military, security, and/or investigative fields. Candidates possessing Associates and/or Bachelor degrees in companion fields are encouraged to apply. Further skill-sets include intelligence (the ability to process information, create insightful plans of action, and think-on-your-feet), computer basics (MS WORD and internet experience specifically), report writing (candidates must be able to write court-ready reports based on professional observation/video), and a solid autonomous work ethic. Finally, a Coburn Gator Candidate must possess a passion for this career. Candidates who become Coburn Gator trainees attend our state-of-the-art training program; our program is recognized as having set the standards for investigative training. Others have attempted to replicate our training techniques, but none are as detailed and as thorough as ours. We provide 2-3 weeks of paid formal training, in both the classroom and the field. Our graduates are trained in all aspects of private investigation so that each will hit the ground running, ultimately prepared to be a vital member of the team. Then, training continues in the field, experience amasses, and advanced training ensues.
